摘要
目的正交试验法筛选鼻窦灌注液的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验和多指标加权评分法,以黄芪甲苷含量转移率、浸膏得率为评价指标,优选鼻窦灌注液的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为处方量的药材加入水5倍,无需浸泡,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论该提取工艺稳定可靠,简单可行,为鼻窦灌注液成型工艺奠定了基础。
Objectives To optimize the extraction process for sinus perfusion solution preparation by orthogonal design. Methods Orthogonal test and multi index weighted score method was used to extract astragaloside content, and the yield was used as the evaluation index, to optimize the best extraction process sinus perfusion fluid. Results The optimum extraction process was twice extraction with 5 volume of water without soak, 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The extraction process is stable, reliable, simple and feasible, which lays the foundation for the forming process of sinus perfusion fluid.
