摘要
组合式煤粉气力输送供料装置有效避免单一供料方式的弊端,能满足新型煤粉锅炉对燃料煤粉输送的高稳定性要求。通过对不同结构参数的组合式供料器空载和带负荷实验研究,得到参数变化对供粉稳定性的影响规律,并对原有的气力输送系统进行改进,最终实现了较宽负荷范围下煤粉稳定气力输送。
Combined feeder of pulverized coal effectively avoid the disadvantages of single feed mode, meeting the high stability requirements of fuel coal powder conveying for new type pulverized coal boiler. After a series of no - load and load experiments, the effects of the geometrical parameters of com- bined feeder on the stability of pulverized coal transport were discussed. The results show that the im- proved pneumatic conveying system of pulverized coal can run stably in a wide range of load scooe.
