摘要
高炉煤气和天然气都可用作烧结机点火介质。由于成分不同,发热值不同,两种点火介质对烧结质量的影响也不同。文章从点火过程,经济技术指标,烧结矿质量及成本方面阐述两种点火介质对烧结质量的影响,特别对中小型炼铁系统一座高炉、一台烧结机的工艺配置,以及高炉煤气质量不好,或者高炉煤气量不能充分满足于烧结生产的工况条件下,具有一定的实际意义。
Blast furnace gas and natural gas can be used as a sintering ignition medium. Due to different composition, calorific value is different, the two kinds of ignition medium influence on sinter quality is different also. From the ignition process, economic and technical index, the sinter quality and cost aspects, the two kinds of impact on the quality of sintering ignition medium, especially for small and medium - sized ironmaking system of a blast furnace, a sintering process configuration, and blast furnace gas quality is bad, or the amount of blast furnace gas can not fully meet in sintering production, the operating conditions has a certain practical significance.
