摘要
文章通过对相关文献的综述,研究了"互联网+"驱动下图书馆的服务创新,图书馆应向深度融合、资源泛在关联转变。依托"互联网+"驱动下的图书馆,分析了图书馆用户小数据的概念和特点,指出用户小数据的本质特征在于以人为本,并建立了用户小数据行为的关联数据库,在该库的基础上,设计了图书馆个性化推荐服务模式。该模式致力于满足用户的共性需求和个性需求,以可视化的形式向用户提供数据服务,进一步提供知识服务。并在该模式中引入反馈机制和信任机制,平衡数据共享和用户隐私保护之间的矛盾。
Through literature review, this article makes a study on the services innovation of library driven by ＂Internet＋＂ , and suggests the library transfer to merge in depth and ubiquitous association. Based on the library driven by ＂Internet＋＂ , the article analyzes the concept and characteristics of Small Data about library users and points out that the essential characteristic of Small Data is user-oriented. The article constructs the associated database of users＇ behaviors. Based on the database, the article de- signs the personalized service mode of library. The mode is designed to meet the common needs and individual needs of the users, and in the form of visual data to provide data services and knowledge services to users. In this mode, the feedback mechanism and trust mechanism are introduced to balance the contradiction between data sharing and the protection of users＇ privacy.
