摘要
公共图书馆发展不均衡是我国西部老少边穷地区公共图书馆服务中的短板。基层公共图书馆标准化、均等化、惠普化建设不能满足基层群众的基本信息需求。针对基层公共图书馆存在的问题,以政策为保障,依托现代信息化技术,提供因地制宜的对接服务,是目前贫困地区基层公共图书馆突破发展与服务瓶颈的有效措施。
The unbalanced development of public library in poor areas of Western China is a shortage of public library services. The standardization, equalization and HP construction of basic level public libraries cannot meet the basic information needs of the grassroots. Aiming at the existing problems of grass roots public libraries, we should rely on modern information technology under the policy guarantee, and provide docking services according to local conditions, which is an effective measure for public librat）, in poor area to breakthrough development bottleneck at present.
