摘要
上海苏河湾地区某深大基坑在土方开挖至坑底后,围护体地下连续墙出现漏水夹砂的险情。经研究,决定废弃底板薄弱处的集水井,提前开泵浇捣混凝土并在混凝土内掺水玻璃进行压堵,但在将底板混凝土浇平后仍未能堵住渗漏。在此情况下,遂在基础底板以上采用袋装快硬水泥作围堰、混凝土中掺快硬水泥及水玻璃继续压堵,同时在坑外再利用阿特拉斯注浆机在围护体地下连续墙漏点接缝处引孔后进行聚氨酯注浆,最终成功地对地下连续墙进行了堵漏,确保了基坑安全。
After excavation to the bottom of one large and deep foundation pit in Su River Bend area of Shanghai, the diaphragm wall of the foundation pit excavation support faced the danger of leakage and sand inclusion. After study, we decided to abandon the collecting well at weak part of foundation slab, and to pour the concrete mixed with soluble glass in advance. However such emergent treatment of concrete foundation slab for leakage-blocking didn' t work. Under such circumstances, several blocking measures were used including setting up bagged high early-strength portland cement cofferdam on the foundation slab, continuously using concrete mixed with high early-strength portland cement, and soluble glass for leakage-blocking purpose. At the same time, the polyurethane material was grouted into the leaking joints of diaphragm wall through guide-holes by Atlas grouting equipment outside the foundation pit. Finally, the leakage of diaphragm wall was successfully blocked, which ensured the safety of the foundation pit.
