摘要
在高校中,思想政治工作具有重要的意义,能够加强对大学生的思想教育,并结合具体实际引导高校学生树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观,说理引导法对于大学生的心理发展具有积极作用,"以人为本",理论结合实际等方法能够推动教师在实际生活中更好地运用说理引导法开展大学思想政治工作,推动高校学生具有良好的道德修养和综合素质水平。
Ideological and political work in higher colleges is of great importance, we should strengthen the ideological education of college students and connect with the concrete practical guide college students to establish correct outlook on life, world outlook and values. The reasoning guidance theory plays a positive role in the psychological development of college students, ＂people - oriented＂ methods of theory combined with the actuality can promote teachers in real life to better use the guiding method to carry out the university ideological and political work and promote university students＇ good moral cultivation and comprehensive quality level.
