军团菌肺炎早期临床诊断方法简述 被引量:3

摘要 嗜肺军团菌肺炎发病率在国内外均逐年上升的趋势。早期诊断对于军团菌肺炎的治疗和预后是十分重要的,及时诊断和治疗能阻遏病情的发展和严重并发症的发生,从而减少病死率。本文概述军团菌检测方法,重点叙述温思罗普大学医学院(Winthrop-University Hospital,WUH)评分系统在军团菌肺炎诊断中的临床应用价值。
