摘要
分别采用防火硅橡胶泡沫和高密度防火硅橡胶封堵管道构件,探讨了一种在管道发生小位移(≤5mm)时防火封堵材料密封性能的测试方法。结果表明,在管道发生100次轴向小位移后,防火硅橡胶泡沫的表面位移并没有明显变化,而高密度防火硅橡胶的表面位移较最初有一定程度的减小。防火硅橡胶泡沫的表面位移均大于高密度防火硅橡胶的表面位移。采用这两种有机硅材料封堵的构件在发生管道小位移后,密封完整性均不受影响。
The paper stuies the pipeline frames which are sealed by fire-proof silicone rubber foam and high density fire-proof silicone rubber, respectively. A test method is discussed the performance of fire-proof silicone materials in the allowable displacement (less than 5 mm) in the pipeline. Results show that after the pipeline shifts for 100 times axial displacement, the surface displacement of the silicone rubber foam is not change significantly, while the surface displacement of high density fire-proof silicone rubber initially decrea- ses to a certain extent compared with the original.
