摘要
目的分析重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rh EGF)对Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的促进作用。方法 70例Ⅱ度烧伤患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组35例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予rh EGF治疗,比较两组的创面愈合状况、疼痛情况以及不良反应。结果实验组患者创面愈合90%、100%时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者疼痛有效率为77.1%,显著优于对照组的28.6%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=16.57,P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为2.9%,明显低于对照组的34.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=11.43,P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ度烧伤患者进行rh EGF治疗,可使患者快速恢复,不良反应轻微,应用价值高,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To analyze the promoting effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） on wound healing of Ⅱ degree burns. Methods A total of 70 patients with Ⅱ degree burns were randomly into control group and experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the experimental group received rhEGF on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on wound healing condition and adverse reactions in two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously shorter time of 90% and 100% wound healing than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously better effective rate of pain as 77.1% than 28.6% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （x^2=16.57, P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 2.9% than 34.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （x^2= 11.43, P〈0.05）. Conclusion rhEGF therapy provides high application value in patients with Ⅱ degree burns, and it helps patients recover quickly with mild adverse reactions. So it is worthy clinical promoting and using.
