摘要
为解决包含可信度的犹豫模糊决策方法研究中可信度定量计算方法的不足,提出一种基于云模型理论的可信度定量计算和属性赋值方法;该方法通过属性云的定义和实现方法,给出对决策者评价信息进行定量计算的公式,基于评价信息包含信任量和最优信任向量的计算公式,提出属性权重赋值优化模型,以改进现有的犹豫模糊决策方法。某能源政策选择问题的算例分析结果证明了该方法的可行性;可信度调整系数和风险偏好系数的分析说明了本文中计算的可信度的合理性。
An approach of quantitative computation of credibility and attribute weights assignment based on cloud model theory was proposed to deal with the credibility-based hesitant fuzzy decision making problem with lacking of quantitative calculation of credibility. A quantitative function of assessment information was brought up on the basis of definitions and implementation methods of attribute cloud, and an optimization of attribute weights was given to improve the existing hesitant fuzzy decision making methods based on the calculation of evaluation information which included confidence amount and optimal confidence vector. The rationality of the calculation of credibility and the feasibility of proposed method are demonstrated through reliability adjustment coefficient and risk preference coefficient.
