摘要
目的探讨牙龈沟切口翻瓣在颌骨囊肿切除术中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2016年6月婺源县人民医院口腔科收治的100例符合纳入标准的颌骨囊肿患者的临床资料,根据手术方式分为观察组(牙龈沟切口翻瓣入路)与对照组(传统入路方法),各50例。比较两组手术情况、伤口愈合情况、并发症以及远期随访手术效果。结果较对照组,观察组手术时间、住院时间短,疼痛评分低,出血量少,住院费用低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈合情况优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组囊腔体积缩小平均百分比、骨质增生厚度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颌骨囊肿切除术中采用牙龈沟切口翻瓣入路方法治疗效果明显优于传统入路方法,能减少出血量,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生,有利于患者术后愈合,获得良好的远期预后,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of gingival crevicular flap surgery in jaw cyst resection. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with jaw cyst in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into observation group（gingival crevicular flap approach） and control group（traditional approach） by surgical methods, 50 cases in each. The surgery, wound healing, complications and long-term follow-up of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group,the surgery time and hospital stays of observation group were shorter, pain score was lower, bleeding volume was less and hospitalization expense was lower（p〈0.05）; the wound healing of observation group was better than control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than control group（p〈0.05）; the mean percentage of cyst cavity volume narrowing, thickness of hyperostosis of observation group were larger than control group（p〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of gingival crevicular flap approach in jaw cyst resection is better than that of traditional approach,it can decrease bleeding volume, reduce pain and complications, facilitate healing and achieve good long-term prognosis, which is worthy of clinical application.
