基于Web的污水处理远程监控系统设计

摘要 详细阐述了针对一个中型污水处理过程中产生的温度、流量、压力、浓度等多个I/O数据进行实时采集与远程监控系统的设计与实现。监控系统整体基于分布式结构并采用B/S架构实现,在介绍污水处理系统整体结构的基础上,重点分析了中心服务器与现场PLC控制层的通信模式,阐述了Web监控层的画面设计过程以及功能实现,远程客户端可以通过浏览器实时观测到现场的状况。 In this paper,the design of a Web based remote monitoring system is presented,and the system is used in a medium-sized water treatment process which collecting real-time data such as temperature,water flow,gas pressure,soild concentration and the I/O type of data from the process of production. The whole system is based on distributed structure and adopts B/S architecture. On the basis of introducing the whole structure of the water treatment system,the paper mainly analyzes communication mode between the host server and PLC control layer,and expatiates the Web design process and the functions implementation of the monitoring system. Users can observe the condition of the site by the browser.
