摘要
目的探讨养阴活血汤对糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法对80例该院2014年10月—2015年12月收治的糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床资料进行分析比较,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上采用养阴活血汤联合治疗,治疗周期均为4周,治疗后观察两组治患者血糖及血压情况,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后两组患者血糖及血压均降低。其中研究组患者联合养阴活血汤治疗后,血糖(7.17±1.2)mmol/L及舒张压(87.42±2.2)mm Hg下降效果明显高于对照组血糖(8.19±1.5)mmol/L及舒张压(97.26±3.7)mm Hg,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为72.5%,研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴活血汤对糖尿病合并高血压患者能够起到良好的降压及降糖作用,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of yangyin huoxue decoction in patients with diabetes and hypertension. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes and hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine western medicine treatment, while the research group adopted the yangyin huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group, and the treatment course was 4 weeks, and the blood glucose and blood pressure of the two groups were observed and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the blood glucose and blood pressure decreased and the blood glucose, systolic pressure decreasing effect in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group[（7.17±1.2）mmol/L,（87.42±2.2）mm Hg vs（8.19±1.5）mmol/L,（97.26±3.7）mm Hg], and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（92.5% vs 72.5%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hypotensive and hypoglycemic effects of yangyin huoxue decoction in patients with diabetes and hypertension are good, and it can improve the clinical treatment effect, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
