摘要
目的对比分析经鼻肠梗阻导管小肠内排列术、传统手术在急性小肠梗阻临床治疗中的应用效果。方法研究对象为该院于2016年3月—2017年3月期间收治的急性小肠梗阻患者110例,按照随机数字表,将患者划分为对照组、实验组,每组55例。对照组患者接受传统手术治疗,实验组患者接受经鼻肠梗阻导管小肠内排列术治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的胃痛减压量为(945.6±23.8)m L、腹痛消失时间为(3.1±0.8)d、排气排便恢复时间为(1.6±1.2)d、住院时间为(5.6±2.0)d、临床治疗有效率为96.36%(53例);对照组患者的胃痛减压量为(450.3±11.9)m L、腹痛消失时间为(7.3±1.5)d、排气排便恢复时间为(3.7±1.9)d、住院时间为(9.4±2.7)d、临床治疗有效率为69.09%(38例);两组相应数据比较,实验组患者明显优于对照组患者,即各项数据对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性小肠梗阻患者行经鼻肠梗阻导管小肠内排列术治疗,不仅可以改善患者术后的体征指标,还能提高治疗有效率,缩短患者住院时间,值得临床普及使用。
Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of small intestinal arrangement with via-nasal ileus tube and traditional surgery in treatment of acute small bowel obstruction. Methods 110 cases of patients with acute small bowel obstruction admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the experimental group and the control group were respectively treated with small intestinal arrangement with via-nasal ileus tube and traditional surgery, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The gastric pains pressure reduction, bellyache disappearance time, exhaust defecation recovery time, length of stay and clinical treatment effective rate in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group [(945.6±23.8)m L,(3.1 ±0.8)d,(1.6±1.2)d,(5.6±2.0)d, 96.36%(53 cases) vs(450.3±11.9)m L,(7.3 ±1.5)d,(3.7 ±1.9)d,(9.4 ±2.7)d, 69.09%(38 cases) and the differences between groups were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The small intestinal arrangement with via-nasal ileus tube in treatment of acute small bowel obstruction can not only improve the postoperative vital signs indexes, but also can improve the treatment effective rate and shorten the length of stay, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
