摘要
目的探究ICU严重病原菌感染患者临床以亚胺培南治疗,不同输注时间疗效的差异及用药安全性情况。方法该次研究对象为2015年8月—2016年10月期间该院ICU病房出现严重病原菌感染的86例患者,按病床末位数字单双数将患者分为一般组(42例)、观察组(44例)。患者感染后均给予常规基础治疗,同时用药亚胺培南,一般组行常规给药(30 min),观察组行延长输注(3 h),评估患者感染治疗效果,记录治疗期间用药所致不良反应。结果用药后观察组病菌治疗效果为91.7%,明显高于一般组79.2%,观察组临床病菌控制效果优于一般组(P<0.05);观察组ICU治疗时间为(5.27±1.08)d,一般组为(8.41±2.35)d,观察组ICU治疗时间较一般组短(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为13.6%,与一般组9.5%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ICU严重病菌感染者以亚胺培南延长输注,不仅能达到理想抗菌效果,能明显缩短患者在ICU治疗时间,且不良反应少、用药安全性高,可临床推广应用。
Objective To study the curative effect and safety of different imipenem infusion time in treatment of severe pathogenic bacteria infection in ICU. Methods 86 cases of patients with severe pathogenic bacteria infection in ICU in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the general group with 42 cases and the observation group with 44 cases, after infection, both groups adopted the routine basic treatment, at the same time, the general group adopted the routine medication （ 30 min）, while the observation group prolonged the infusion （3 hours）, and the infection treatment effect of patients was evaluated and the adverse reactions caused by medication during the treatment period was recorded. Results After medication, the treatment effect of bacteria in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the general group, （91.7% vs 79.2%）, and the cl inical bacterial control effect was better than that in the general group（P〈0.05）, and the ICU treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the general group （15.27±1.08）d vs （8.41 ±2.35）d ,the incidence of adverse reactionsin the observed groud and generol group were not statistically significant （13.6% vs 9.5%）（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Imipenem used to prolong the infusion for patients with severe pathogenic bacteria infection in ICU can not only reach the ideal antibacterial effect and obviously shorten the treatment time of patients in ICU with fewer adverse reactions and high medication, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
