摘要 天津港曾多次发生岸坡变形导致高桩码头构件损伤的工程案例,现有的工程实践表明,CDM基础是加固高桩码头岸坡的有效方法。文章基于ABAQUS建立高桩码头的岸坡-CDM-结构三维有限元模型,分析采用CDM加固岸坡的效果。通过对比加固前后的岸坡土体位移、桩基变形和桩基内力,验证CDM方法加固高桩码头岸坡的有效性。为提高CDM加固高桩码头岸坡的实际应用,对不同CDM加固深度下的加固效果进行研究,结果表明,随CDM加固深度的增加,高桩码头桩帽-横梁处的剪力和弯矩、桩身最大拉应力均先减小后增大,存在最优加固深度。 Several structure components damage of high-pile wharf caused by slope deformation were found in Tianjin port. Current engineering practices claimed that the Cement Deep Mixing( CDM) was an effective method of slope reinforcement. In this paper,three-dimension finite element models of high-pile wharf considering slopeCDM-structure interaction were established to analyze the reinforcement effect of CDM. By comparing the displacement of slope,the deformation and internal force of piles,the positive effect of the slope reinforcement using CDM method was verified. To enhance the practical application of CDM method of reinforcing high-pile wharf slope,the effects of CDM reinforcement in the different depth were studied. With the increasing of CDM reinforcement depth,the shearing force and moment in cap-beam connections and the maximum tensile stress of the pile start to decrease and then increase,presenting an optimal reinforcement depth.
