摘要
为了解氟橡胶圈高温性能并应用于爆炸容器密封结构,开展了详细的橡胶圈高温性能试验。试验中设计了一套可加压、加热、检漏、测量的试验装置。利用该装置进行了氟橡胶高温性能、氟橡胶和丁腈橡胶高温性能对比、不同压缩率下密封圈高温性能、不同密封结构密封圈高温性能、不同尺寸密封圈高温性能、粗糙度对密封性能的影响、加工精度对密封性能的影响、单双道密封结构的高温性能的对比等试验。并通过加速老化试验预测了氟橡胶F117密封圈的使用寿命。最终,得到了在各种影响因素下氟橡胶的高温性能水平,充分了解了氟橡胶的应用条件,并为氟橡胶在高温高压状态下的实际应用提供试验依据。
For the high temperature performance of fluorine rubber ring,which can be applied to the sealing structure of explosion vessel,it carried out lots of experiment for high temperature performance of rubber ring. It designed a set of experiment equipment that can be pressurized,heated,checked leaking,measured parameters and so on. By this device,these experiments included high temperature performance of fluorine rubber,comparison of high temperature properties of fluorine and nitrile rubber,high temperature performance of sealing ring under different compression ratio,sealing structure of vessel,size of sealing ring,roughness and machining accuracy,and high temperature performance in single channel or double channel structure. It predicted the working life of F117 fluorine rubber by the accelerated aging test.This paper obtained the high temperature performance of fluorine rubber under various factors,and deeply understood the application conditions of fluorine rubber,and provided the scientific evidence for the practical application of fluorine rubber in high temperature and pressure.
