摘要
介绍了在公共资源交易平台实行全过程电子化招投标的必然性,分析了实施全过程电子化招投标的意义及优势,并探讨了全过程电子化招投标省级统一的重要性。
This paper introduced the necessity of public resources trading platform implementation of whole process electronic tendering and bidding,analyzed the significance and advantages implementation of whole process electronic tendering and bidding,and discussed the importance of provincial unification of electronic tendering and bidding.
