摘要
随着模具制造业的快速发展,降低Cr12MoV钢表面共晶碳化物不均匀度和提高表面耐磨性可以有效降低使用过程中发生的开裂与磨损两种主要失效形式,延长Cr12MoV钢使用寿命。本研究采用激光淬火对Cr12MoV钢进行表面强化,激光输出功率1400W,扫描速度5mm/s,离焦量47mm,表面硬度达到58.9HRC。激光淬火后Cr12MoV钢共晶碳化物不均匀度降低至3级,磨损量降低了92.0%,平均摩擦系数降低了42.8%,磨损率下降了9.2%,耐磨性显著提升。
With rapidly development of mold manufacturing industry, decreasing nonuniformity of eutectic carbide and increasing wear resistance can effectively reduce probability of cracking and abrasion to prolong service life of Cr12MoV during applications. Laser quenching was used for strengthening the surface of Cr12MoV steel. The laser power was 1 400 W. The laser scanning speed was 5 mm/s. The defocusing amount was 47 mm. The surface hardness is improved to 58.9 HRC. The carbide nonuniformity of Cr12MoV is reduced to level 3. The abrasion loss is reduced by 92.0%. The average friction coefcient is reduced by 42.8%. The wear rate is reduced by 9.2%. The wear resistance of Cr12MoV is signifcantly enhanced by laser quenching.
