基于流域模型法确定官沟河流域山洪灾害临界雨量 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国大部分地区缺少长期实测洪水资料,无法有效预防山洪灾害发生的问题。以山西省晋中市平遥县官沟河上七洞村所在的小流域为例,详细阐述如何依据《山西省水文手册》计算设计暴雨和设计洪水,利用HEC-RAS软件推求水面线,并应用流域模型法反推危险区临界雨量,确定准备转移和立即转移雨量预警指标,为我国其他山区小流域的预警指标分析提供借鉴。 Because of lacking long - term measured data of flood in most parts of china which can- not effectively, prevention of mountain flood disasters. Taking Qidong Village in Shanxi Province for an example , in detail, how to calculation design storm and design flood on the basis of Shanxi Prov- ince hydrology manual, use HEC - RAS software calculated the water line and apply the reflex of danger critical rainfall basin model method. Make sure the rainfall warning index of basis for trans- fer and immediately transfer. Thereby provide reference for the analysis of early - warning index in other small mountain watershed in China.
