摘要
通过分析联合国欧洲经济委员会技术法规ECE R100.02有关电动汽车电动安全及可充电储能系统(REESS)的测试技术要求,旨在形成一套基于新能源纯电动汽车电动安全问题的试验规范及技术标准,包括电池安全及整车高压安全,以帮助电动汽车制造商在设计阶段充分、规范地进行电动安全的各项测试,避免产品上市后给消费者带来的漏电、自燃等方面的安全隐患。
By the analysis of the United Nations Regulation No. 100 Revision 2 of Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to specific requirements for the electric power train, intending to create a set of test specification and technical standard for the electric safety issue of new energy vehicle and battery electric vehicle, aiming to help the BEV manufacturer with fully and normatively performing various tests in regard to electric safety issue during design phase, to prevent electric shock, vehicle fire such as electric safety issues from customer after the launch of product.
