摘要
采用光催化氧化技术对环丙沙星进行光催化降解研究,采用Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学模型来描述环丙沙星的光催化降解,研究表明环丙沙星的光催化降解符合假一级动力学。并利用中心复合实验得到了环丙沙星的光催化降解动力学模型,该模型可以很好描述其降解过程。最后利用活性氧物种淬灭实验研究环丙沙星的光催化降解机理,结果表明羟基自由基是其光催化降解过程中的主要活性物种。
The photo catalytic degradation of ciprofloxacin was studied using photocatalytic oxidation technology. The Langmuir-Hinshelwood model was used to describe the photocatalytic degradation of ciprofloxacin. It was found that the photocatalytic degradation of ciprofloxacin accords with pseudo first order kinetics, and the kinetic model was obtained by central composite design method. In the end, the photocatalytic degradation mechanism of ciprofloxacin was studied by means of the quenching experiment of active oxygen species. The results showed that hydroxyl radical was the main active species in the photocatalytic degradation process.
