摘要
为了保证矿井安全和正产的生产接续,针对枣泉煤矿110203风巷顶板煤体自燃的问题,通过对巷道顶煤自燃机理的剖析,分析自燃区域特殊情况及其位置与生产系统之间的相互关系,在开放区域采取了施工钻孔注水降温、灌注充填材料设置隔离带、喷浆封堵顶帮漏风等综合治理技术,在封闭区域采取了试验确定漏风通道、灌水根治煤层自燃、合理选择启封时间及方式、启封后均压控制漏风等综合防治技术,有效治理了系统复杂的大断面巷道顶煤自燃,保证了安全生产。
In order to ensure the mine safety and normal production succession, aiming at the top-coal spontaneous combustion governance in 110203 air way in Zaoquan Coal Mine, based on the mechanism of top-coal spontaneous combustion, regional special conditions of spontaneous combustion and the relationship between its position and production system were analyzed, comprehensive treatment technologies in the open area were taken, such as borehole construction for water injection cooling, barrier setting with filling materials, shotcreting sealing against air leakage; comprehensive treatment technologies in the closed area were taken, such as air leakage passage test, irrigation against spontaneous combustion, the reasonable unsealing time and mode, and even-pressure air leakage control after unsealing. The top-coal spontaneous combustion was controlled for large section roadway with complicated system, which ensured the production safety.
