摘要
目的探析局部浸润麻醉辅助右美托咪定在经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的80例PKP患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组术前采取舒芬太尼、咪达唑仑注射液,研究组采取右美托咪定静脉泵注,均采取局部浸润麻醉,比较两组患者的镇痛效果。结果研究组T_2~T_5时的平均动脉压与心率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与T1比较,研究组T_2~T_5的平均动脉压显著下降,心率显著减慢,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组T2~T5的平均动脉压显著上升,心率增加明显,研究组镇痛VAS评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部浸润麻醉辅助右美托咪定在PKP患者中的镇静镇痛效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of local infiltration anesthesia in the treatment of percutaneous kyphoplasty （PKP）. Methods 80 cases of PKP patients were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received sufentanil and midazolam injection before operation, the study group took dexmedetomidine intravenous pump, and local infiltration anesthesia was adopted. The analgesic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the study group at T2 to Ts were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Compared with TI, the mean arterial pressure of the study group T2 to T5 decreased significantly, and the heart rate decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The mean arterial pressure of T2 to T5 in the control group increased significantly, and the heart rate increased significantly, the analgesic VAS score of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion The effect of local infiltration anesthesia on dexmedetomidine in PKP patients is accurate.
