摘要
因为风电和光伏发电出力过程的随机性,当其大规模并入电网后,会对电网的稳定运行产生不利影响。为了保证系统能够最大程度安全的吸纳风电和光电,研究水、风、光发电联合补偿调度有着非常重要的意义。通过对湖北能源水、风、光发电联合补偿调度初步分析,以不影响水库承担系统任务和不发生弃水为原则,研究合理安排水电对风电、光电进行补偿调节的调度方法,由电网在运行方式上的配合,在满足电网安全稳定运行的前提下,即可减少弃水、弃风、弃光现象发生。
Due to the randomness of the wind power and solar power generation processes, the stability of the power grid could be seriously affected when a large amount of wind and solar power generation capacity is incorporated into the pow- er grid. Thus, the joint compensation dispatching of the hydropower, wind power and solar power generation is of great importance to ensure the maximum absorption of the wind power and solar power in the power system. Following the principles that the systematic tasks of the reservoirs are not affected and no abandoned water, a rational dispatching scheme of the hydropower to compensate the wind power and solar power is proposed. It shows that the operational coor- dination of the power grid could reduce the abandoned water, wind and solar energy resources and still ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
