摘要 以转向架生产中的直径320 mm空簧座板与侧梁上盖板周圈a4焊缝的自动化焊接为例,从空簧座板使用机械手焊接过程中的难点入手,总结出自动化焊接空簧座板等类似圆形焊缝时的4个难点:(1)焊枪6轴变化角度大,容易缠绕焊接电缆造成焊接过程中电弧不稳;(2)工作步点难以分布均匀,按顺序的步点添加方式无法达到理想效果;(3)焊接参数的选择范围较小;(4)焊缝接头位置易产生焊接缺陷。通过选择合理的起弧收弧位置、改进工作步点添加方式、调整接头位置的过焊距离以及选择合理的焊接参数,提升该部位自动化连续焊接的质量,为其他圆形焊缝的自动化焊接提供参考。 Based on automatic welding of air spring bed plate with a diameter of 320 mm and a4 fillet welds that are circumferential on the side beam upper cover plate in the production of the bogie,starting with lhe difficulties in the welding process of air spring bed plate with manipulator,there are four difficuhies in the automatic welding of air spring bed plate and similar circular welds are summarized and solved. These difficulties are: 1. angle change of six-axis welding gun is too large to easily wind around the wehting cables,which leads to instable arc in the welding process. 2. It is hard for work step points to distribute uniformly,and it can not achieve ideal effect with the addition method of work step points in the order. 3. Narrow select range of the wehting parameters. 4. Welding defects are easily generated in the position of weld joints. Through choosing reasonable position of arc strike and arc extinction ,improving the addition method of work step points,adjusting the over weht distance of joint positions and selecting reasonable welding parameters,the automatic welding quality is improved and an reference is provided for automatic, welding of other circular welds.
