摘要
战略性新兴产业承载重大的战略使命,但本身仍是亟待完善和深化的产业经济概念,探索其成长的内在机制具有重大理论价值和现实意义。以资源供给和市场需求为切入点,探索供需交互响应的微观机理及其对战略性新兴产业成长的传导效应,构建系统动力学模型。以中国航空制造业为例对该模型进行模拟仿真与政策实验,有助于揭开战略性新兴产业成长机制的"黑箱",建立结构性动力机制,形成完整的经济学认知框架,从而更科学地指导产业实践,帮助企业拥有科学的资源投放观点和市场思维,同时促进政府规划建立在对供给与需求的双重远见之上。
Strategic emerging industries fulfill a major strategic mission for development; however, as a concept of the industrial economy, they still require constant improvement and deeper understanding. It is of vital theoretical and practical significance to explore their growth mechanisms. Taking resources supply and market demand as the starting point, this paper attempts to explore the micro-mechanisms of the interaction between supply and demand and its conductive effects on the growth of the strategic emerging industries, thereby constructing a system dynamics model. We also simulated the dynamic trends of China＇s aviation manufacturing industry using the model and conducted a policy experiment. The findings will help open the ＂black box＂ of the growth mechanisms of the strategic emerging industries, develop a structural and dynamic mechanism model, and create a complete economic cognitive framework. They may also provide a scientific guide for industrial practice, enabling enterprises to wisely allocate resources in line with market thinking and government planning on the basis of a scientific vision of supply and demand.
