摘要
通过筛选和分析相关文献对膝关节滑膜炎所采用的治疗方法和特点,对中医外治法为主治疗膝关节滑膜炎及临床常用的其他疗法的疗效进行分类探讨。中医外治法为主配合其他诸多治疗方法,但临床缺乏统一的治疗规范。中医外治法为主结合其他疗法治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效显著,值得在临床进一步推广使用。
Through screening and analyzing of relevant literatures on themethod and characteristics of knee synovitis treatment,we classified the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） external treatment on knee synovitis and other commonly used therapies. There are many combinations of TCM external treatment with other treatmentmethod,but uniformed clinical treatment guidelines are yet to be established. TCM external treatment in combination with other therapymethod have significant effects on the treatment of knee synovitis,and their clinical application is worthy of further promotion.
