摘要
随着交流伺服系统性能的不断提高,传统的测试方法和手段已难以满足自动化检验高效性和统一性的要求。设计开发了一套永磁交流伺服系统性能测试和分析平台,采用C#作为平台语言,通过控制信号发生器、信号采集模块和频谱分析仪,可以实现对伺服系统动静态性能进行测试、分析和评价。
Along with the continuous improvement of AC servo system performance, the traditional test methods and means are difficult to meet the requirements of efficiency and uniformity during automated testing. The platform for performance testing and analysis of PM AC servo system was designed and developed by C # language. This platform can control the signal generator, signal acquisition module and spectrum analyzer and it is available to test, analyze and evaluate dynamic/ static performances of the servo system.
