摘要
本文首先从法规层面指出实施大型钠冷快堆设备鉴定的必要性;其次,通过鉴定标准、设备特点、环境条件、鉴定技术以及试验设施等方面的对比,阐述了大型钠冷快堆与压水堆设备鉴定之间的差异性;针对两者存在的差异性,以及中国实验快堆建设过程中设备鉴定技术积累的有限性,从鉴定标准体系建立、钠环境设备失效机理研究、大型堆容器抗震试验研究、钠环境试验设施研究以及大型钠冷快堆设备鉴定数据库建构等方面进行了分析,并给出了建议。
Firstly, the paper points out that it is necessary to carry out equipment qualification for large-scale sodium cooled fast reactor from the legal aspect. Secondly, the paper also expounds the differences on equipment qualification between large-scale fast reactor and pressurized water reactor, such as qualification standard, equipment characteristics, environmental condition, qualification technique and test facility. For the differences, the author tries to make a concrete analysis and suggestion on each aspect, including establishment of qualification codes and standards system, studies on mechanisms for equipment failure in sodium environment, earthquake-resistance test for large-scale reactor vessel, and test facilities used for sodium condition, and establishment of equipment qualification data base for large-scale sodium cooled fast reactor. For the R&D on demonstration and commercial size reactors, and the domestic production of nuclear equipment for fast reactor, technical work on equipment qualification for large-scale sodium cooled fast reactor should be focused and carried out as soon as possible.
