摘要
目的掌握河南南部山区成年女性体成分的年龄变化特点,并探究体成分与骨密度T值之间的关系。方法采用身体成分分析仪进行体成分测定,用骨密度仪对非优势侧腕骨进行骨密度测定。结果河南南部山区成年女性体质量、脂肪量、肌肉量、骨量整体呈先升高后下降趋势,在31~35岁升高显著(P<0.05),在51~55岁下降明显(P<0.05)。从41~45岁开始有骨质疏松症的发生,发生率为4.84%,除66~70岁年龄段外,骨质疏松的发生率呈逐年增高趋势,在71岁后发生率高达54.36%,66~70岁年龄段除外,骨质疏松发生率的年龄变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腕骨骨密度T值在16~40岁期间一直呈增加趋势,在36~40岁达到最大值,41岁以后开始呈现下降趋势。结论年龄是影响河南南部山区成年女性体成分和骨密度的重要因素,腕骨骨密度T值的高低与体质量、脂肪量、肌肉量、骨量等体成分的变化有一定关系。
Objective To master the age-changing characteristics of body composition of adult females in South Henan mountainous areas and explore the relationship between human body composition and T values of bone mineral density (BMD). Methods The body composition was measured by body composition analyzer, and bone mineral densitometry was performed on the non-dominant side of the wrist with bone densitometer. Results The body composition, fat mass, muscle mass, bone mass and BMD of Henan adult females in mountainous areas ages. Between 31 to 35 years had similar age curves. They increased at younger ages and deceased at older old they increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), and between 51 and 55 years oldthey decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Osteoporosis started between 41 to 45 years old with the incidence rate of 4.84%. Except for the period of 66 -70 years old, the incidence rate of osteoporosis increased significantly with the age (P 〈 0.05) , and reached 54. 36% over 71 years old. The T values of carpal bone density increased with age between 16 -41 year old, reached the peak between 36 to 40 years old, and decreased after 41 years old. Conclusion Age was turned out to bethe key factor influencing the body composition mountainous areas, and T values of carpal bone fat mass, muscle mass and bone mass. and bone mineral density of adult females in density correlated to some extent with the body South Henan composition,
