改性钛材料对牛血清蛋白的吸附及释放的研究

摘要 本文研究了纯钛(Ti)、碱热处理多孔钛(Ti-OH)、硅烷化钛(Ti-OH-APTES)和凝胶涂层钛(Ti-OH-APTES-GelMA)四种材料对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的吸附与释放。结果表明,四种材料浸泡1.5 mg/mL BSA溶液中7 h至8 h时达到吸附释放平衡,其中凝胶涂层钛吸附量最大,在12 h时吸附量为0.96 mg/mL。在浸泡磷酸缓冲盐溶液48 h后,凝胶涂层钛对BSA的释放率为0.05%。通过红外表征,吸附BSA后的凝胶涂层钛在波长1645 cm^(-1)和1541 cm^(-1)上的出现明显的蛋白质特征峰,说明通过凝胶涂层改性后的钛材料相比其它三种改性钛材料更有利于蛋白质的吸附。 The adsorption and release on ovine serum albumin (BSA) of titanium(Ti), alkali-heat treated porous titanium(Ti-OH), silanized titanium (Ti-OH-APTES) and the gel coated titanium (Ti-OH-APTES-GeIMA) were researched in this study. The experimental results indicated that four kinds of titanium materials reached adsorption equilibrium after 7-8 h soaked in 1.5 mg/mL BSA and the adsorption capacity for BSA of gel coated titanium was the highest that reached 0.96 mg/mL after 12 h. The BSA release rate of gelcoated titanium was 0.05% soaked in phosphate butler solution for 48 h. The typicalabsorption peaks of protein at 1645 cm-1 and1541 cm-1 were found In the IR spectrum ofgelcoated titanium after adsorption, which indicated that gel coated titanium had advantages of adsorption on protein over other three modified titanium materials.
