摘要
目的了解南宁市社区居民对社区卫生服务机构的满意度及其影响因素。方法 2015年11—12月,采用分层随机抽样的方法在南宁市6个城区中随机抽取1个社区卫生服务中心和1个社区卫生服务站,采用方便抽样的方法抽取社区居民进行问卷调查。调查内容主要包括社区居民基本情况、对社区卫生服务机构的知晓及利用情况和对社区卫生服务机构的满意度情况。结果 13.54%的社区居民不了解社区卫生服务机构,15.97%的社区居民不清楚在诊疗过程中是否存在过度检查或过多开药,53.82%的社区居民就诊次数在4次以上;12.50%的社区居民步行到社区卫生服务机构的时间超过30分钟,4.86%的社区居民等候就诊时间超过30分钟;社区居民的总满意度为(3.71±0.56)分,医疗机构方面满意度为(3.67±0.54)分,医务人员方面满意度为(3.97±0.65)分。单因素分析发现,年龄等5个人口学特征因素和对社区卫生服务机构的了解程度、等候就诊时间等对总满意度影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析发现,文化程度等5个因素进入回归模型。结论社区居民对社区卫生服务机构认识不足,但可及性好,利用情况也较好;社区居民总满意度有待提高;文化程度等因素对居民总满意度有一定的影响。
OBJECTIVE To understand the satisfaction and influencing factors of community residents in community health service (CHS) institutions in Nanning. METHODS Using stratified random sampling method, CHS institutions were randomly selected (a CHS center and a CHS station in each urban area) in 6 urban areas of Nanning in 2015 . A questionnaire survey of community residents was conducted using the convenience sampling method. The survey mainly includeed the basic situation of community residents, the awareness and utilization of CHS institutions and the satisfaction of CHS institutions. RESULTS 13.54% community residents did not understand the CHS institutions and 15.97% community residents did not know whether there was excessive examination or excessive medication in the treatment process. There were more than 4 times for 53.82% community residents to visit community physicians. 12.50% of the community residents walked to the CHS institutions more than 30 minutes, and 4.86% residents were waiting for more than 30 minutes. The total satisfaction of the community residents was (3.71±0.56)points. The satisfaction of medical institutions was (3.67±0.54)points, and the medical staff satisfaction was(3.97±0.65)points. In single factor analysis, some factors had statistical sig- nificance(P〈0.05), such as age of demographic factors and the degree of understanding of the CHS institutions, waiting for treatment time and et al. Multiple linear regression analysis, degree of education and other 4 factors entered into the regression model. CON- CLUSIONS Community residents lack of awareness of CHS, but the accessibility and service utilization were good. The total satisfac- tion of community residents should be improved and the degree of cultural factors had certain impact on the residents satisfaction.
