摘要
成都某酒店外墙采用外保温。在施工过程中没有组织隐蔽验收,保温工程复检资料遗失。为了解该工程外墙外保温工程质量状况,需对该工程外墙外保温系统的热工和力学性能进行现场检测,并得出检测鉴定结论。结合该工程在实际检测鉴定过程中遇到的通常性问题,本文提出针对建筑物外墙保温系统质量检测编写专门的鉴定标准的建议,同时提出在标准编写中应明确的几个问题。
An exterior insulation system is applied to a hotel in Chengdti. In the construction, there is no concealed ac- ceptance and no insulation engineering reinspection data is lost. In order to master the project quality of external insula- tion, it is necessary, to test the thermal and mechanical properties of the exterior insulation system and to draw an inspec- tion conclusion. Combining with the common problems encountered in the process of practical inspection and identifica- tion ,this paper puts forward a suggestion for the identification standards of quality inspection of exterior insulation of buildings, and points out some matters in making standards.
