摘要
根据互联网+时代高职学生在学习及沟通中呈现出的特点,分析当前高职沟通课程教学存在的问题,调查高职生对沟通类课程的学习需求,提出构建以职场沟通场景为基础的项目教学逻辑框架、建设立体化的教学与学习资源、课程内容设计适应学习碎片化需求、实施团队化课程教学及以实践项目带动沟通理论知识体验等课程改革策略,以提高教学效果。
According to the characteristics of the higher vocational studentsin the study and communication on internet plus era.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of communication courses in higher vocational colleges,investigates the learning needs of higher vocational students in the course,and puts forward the curriculum reform strategiesfor improving teaching effectiveness to build the logicalteaching framework based on the projectteaching mode in workplace communication scene,construct three-dimensional teaching and learning resources,focus on curriculum content design to adapt to the needs of fragmentationlearning,implement team-based curriculum teaching and practical projects to promote communication theory and knowledge experience.
