摘要
信息化是深化医疗卫生体制改革的重要支撑和手段。2013年起,乌海市在原国家卫生部《区域卫生信息平台建设规范》和《内蒙古自治区卫生信息化发展规划(2011-2015)》等政策指引下,统一规划和搭建了人口健康信息平台,并在较短时间内,实现了人口健康信息化水平的大幅提升。下一步将继续加强乌海市人口健康信息化水平,推进统一结算支付通道建设和大数据信息的挖掘,深化公共卫生决策、区域分级诊疗、公共健康服务等方面的应用。
Informatization is an important support and mean to deep the reform of medical and health system. Since 2013, guided by the former State Ministry of Health ＂Regional Health Information Platform Construction Standards＂ and ＂The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Health Information Development Plan （2011-2015）＂ policy, the city of Wuhai unified planning and build a population health information platform, and in a relatively short period of time, greatly enhance the level of regional health infonnatization. The next step will continue to strengthen the medical health informatization level of Wuhai City, to promote the construction of unified settlement payment channel and large data mining, deepening application of public health decisions, regional grading treatment and public health services.
