摘要
为研究梁端负弯矩区L形钢板的不同锚固措施对加固效果的影响,设计制作了3个缩尺比例为1/2的H型框架梁,对其中一个梁进行全配筋作为对比梁,对其余两个两端配筋不足的梁采用4种不同的锚固方法进行粘钢加固,分析了静载作用下梁端负弯矩区钢筋的屈服荷载和L形钢板的应变。试验结果表明:在L型钢板转角处加焊两块80mm×60mm×10mm的三角形加劲肋钢板的加固方法,提高了L形钢板在转角处的刚度,更好地发挥了钢板的能力,加固效果最好。
To study the influence of different anchorage measures on the reinforcement effect in the negative moment region at the end of the beam, three single span reinforced concrete H framework models with scale 1/2 are designed and produced. One of the beam with enough rebar is regarded as the contrast beam, the other two beams with lacking rebar at the end of the beam are strengthened by gluing steel plates with four different anchorage measures, the yield load of the tensile steel and the strain of steel plates in the negative moment region at the end of the beam under the action of the static load are analyzed. The results show that the method of welding two pieces of 80mm × 60mm ×10mm triangular stiffener plates additionally in the corner of the L steel, which improves the stiffness of the L steel and better develops the capability of the steel, proves owning the best reinforcement effect.
