摘要
鉴于目前尚未形成指导水工金属结构振动测试及成果评价的技术标准,文中介绍了水工金属结构振动测试及评价的目的和意义,提出了水工金属结构振动测试结果的评价和分析方法,并以桐梓林水电站弧形工作闸门为工程实例,详细介绍了振动测试的方法、传感器选择与布置、测试结果分析评价等,探讨了水工金属结构振动测试及成果评价在工程项目上的应用,对工程安全运行具有一定的参考价值。
Considering there is no technical standard available for guiding vibration test on hydraulic metal structure and achievement evaluation, the paper introduces the purpose and significance of vibration test and evaluation of hydraulic metal structure, and proposes the method for evaluating and analyzing vibration test results. Moreover, the paper takes arc gate of Tongzilin hydropower station as an example to introduce vibration test method, selection and arrangement of sensor, analysis and evaluation of test results, and discusses application of vibration test and achievement evaluation of hydraulic metal structure in engineering projects, which has certain valuable reference for safe operation of project.
