摘要
针对现今汽车制造行业对加工精度的需求,为了抑制加工机床所采用的直线电机自身空间谐波所产生的电机推力的负面影响,选取合适的结构参数,优化设计了一种空心同步直线电机。通过有限元建模的优化方式获取优化数据,调整电机结构,从而实现对空间谐波的抑制,增加了汽车制造加工机床的精密度。
Based on the demands for machining accuracy of automobile manufacturing industry nowadays, in order to prevent the negative effects for the machine tools used in PMLSM of Space harmonic, a hollow synchronous linear motor is optimally designed by selecting the appropriate structure parameters. The optimized datat is obtained through the finite element modeling method, and the structure of the motor is adjusted so as to inhibit the space harmonic and increase the precision of the automobile manufacturing machine tools.
