摘要
为改善严寒地区飞行时的舱内舒适性,某型直升机改进优化设计了通风加温系统吸气风扇、引射喷嘴及温度控制装置,以实现改善加温效果的目的。为验证优化设计工作的有效性,进行了地面、机上试验,结果表明,改进后的温度控制系统与通风加温系统各部件间具有良好的匹配性,且经机上验证,加温效果明显改善。
In order to improve the comfortableness of pilot's compartment when flying in a cold region,a design improvement on the suction fan,ejector component and temperature control device of a certain type of helicopter was carried out,which enhanced ventilating and heating effect. Experiments were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improvement work. The test results showed that the improved temperature control system works well with the ventilating and heating system components,and the improvement work is effective.
