摘要 随机对照试验是检验干预措施效力的重要方法,在许多领域包括教育均有较广应用。文章以本研究组一项3D打印颅骨解剖教学试验为例,阐述随机对照教学试验的设计和实施。研究之初首先提出需要解决的实际问题,其次选择合适的评价对象、对照的方法和合适的教学对象,之后设计实施过程中的随机方法、教学过程、盲法和评价医学生学习效果的方式,最后对数据进行详细、真实的分析。 Randomized controlled trials are an important method for examining the effectiveness of interventions, and are widely used in many areas including education.In this paper,we take a case of 3D skull anatomy education as an example to describe the design and imple- mentation of randomized controlled trials in education. At the beginning of the study, the author puts forward the practical problems that need to be solved first,then selects the appropriate evaluation object, the method of controlling and the appropriate teaching target, then designs the method of randomization, the teaching process, the blind method and the way of evaluating the study egiciency. Finally, the data is analyzed thoroughly and authentically.
