摘要
控尘工艺是掘进工作面采用通风除尘进行粉尘治理的瓶颈技术。在掘进巷道控尘实验平台上,使用EBH450掘进机真实截割,对4种控尘工艺进行了试验研究。通过测量4种控尘工艺下巷道内的风流分布及粉尘浓度分布,分析了掘进设备对巷道风流的影响,得出分风量为40%的压风分风控尘效果最佳,司机处的粉尘浓度约为22 mg/m^3。
Dust control technology is the bottleneck technology of dust removal by ventilation in heading face. Four kinds of dust control technology were tested by using EBH450 road-header in the roadway dust control experiment platform. The distribution of airflow and dust had been measured under four kinds of dust control technology in roadway, and the influence of tunneling equipment on airflow in tunnel is analyzed. The result shows that the air pressure distribution is 40%, the dust control effect is the best, and the dust concentration at the driver's place is about 22 mg/m^3.
