摘要
辅导员作为高校教师中较为特殊的群体,是高校及学生之间进行联系、沟通的纽带,更是配合高校向社会输送高素质人才的重要力量。我国高校扩招后,高校辅导员队伍的建设却处于相对滞后的局面,导致辅导员集体责任感缺失的情况。高校辅导员的任务及责任主要体现于自身态度中,高校辅导员责任感缺失不利于学生的培养,需要对高校辅导员责任感的培育形成有效的路径。
As the special group of college teachers, counselors are reckoned as the bond of connection and communication between colleges and students, and they are also the important force for colleges to provide high-quality talents to the society. After the college expansion in China, the construction of college counselors＇ teams is in a relatively backward situation, which results in counselors＇ lack of collective responsibility. College counselors＇ tasks and responsibilities mainly reflect in their attitude, and their deficiency in sense of responsibility is not conducive to the cultivation of the students; therefore, there is a need to develop effective paths for nurturing college counselors＇ sense of responsibility.
