摘要
新城作为承接旧城居住空间扩张与低收入群体从中心城向外围疏散的拓展区,其保障性住房建设无疑是新城居住空间建设的重要环节,北京市新城保障性住房建设存在诸如建设规模密集、公共设施不完善、交通系统不便捷、新城规划文本缺少关于保障性住房专项论述等主要问题,借鉴邻里单元理论和苏州工业园区成功经验,可从规划体系、路网模式、公共设施和开放空间等方面优化思路,为新城保障性住房建设提供启示。
The New town as extension area which undertakes living space expand in old town and low income groups evacuated from center city. The affordable housing construction that it is the important point of new town residential space construction. In terms of existing main problems in the affordable housing of new town in Beijing such as intensive construction, low level of facility services, not convenient transportation and the lack about the specialized planning on affordable housing in new town planning text. The applied the neighborhood unit theory and successful experience of Su Zhou Industrial Park, introduces the optimization idea from the planning system, road network model, public facilities and open space. It provided the enlightenment for the construction of affordable housing of the new town.
