摘要
学校教育的供给侧改革是经济新常态背景的要求,也是加强我国人力资源资本的必然发展趋势,进而有助于经济社会的发展和转型,这也是进行学校教育供给侧改革的现实意义。学校教育为了能够在经济新常态背景下取得良好的发展,应做好过程转型、方向转型、形态转型,进而提高学校教育供给的效率和质量。首先分析供给侧改革提出的背景以及高校教育供给侧改革,进而提出经济新常态背景下学校教育供给侧改革的内在需求,最后总结出学校教育如何在经济新常态背景下进行供给侧改革的具体措施。
The supply side reform of school education is the requirement of the economic new normal, and the inevitable trend of strengthening the human capital of our country, which is helpful to the development and transformation of the economic society and also the practical significance of the supply side reform of school education. In order to achieve good development against the new economic background, we should do a good job in process transformation, direction transformation, shape transformation, and thus improve the efficiency and quality of school education supply. This paper first analyzes the background of the supply side reform and the supply side reform of the university, and puts forward the inherent demand of the supply side reform of the school education against the new eco- nomic background. Finally, it summarizes specific measures for the school education to be reformed on the supply side against the new economic background.
