摘要
微生物广泛存在于人类机体中,呼吸道虽然与外界环境连通,但传统观点却认为肺部处于相对无菌的环境。随着高通量测序技术在更多领域的应用,为更直接揭示呼吸道正常菌群与人体健康和疾病的关系提供了新的途径。消化道和呼吸道菌群在免疫功能调节方面存在复杂的相互作用,这些菌群间的动态变化对新生儿呼吸系统疾病的影响尚未可知。现对新生儿呼吸道微生态的形成和作用及其与疾病的关系进行综述。
Microbes are widespread in human body. Although the respiratory tract interfaces with the environ- ment, the lung is thought to be a sterile environment in the traditional sense. High throughput sequencing technology has been developed in more fields which provides a new way to reveal the relationship between the microbiota in respiratory tract and the health and disease of human body. Further, there appears to be a complex interaction between the develop- ment of the gastrointestinal and respiratory microbiota in the regulation of immune function. The contribution of the dy- namic change of microbiota in respiratory disease of the newborn is unknown. This article summarizes the microbial in- fluence on the development of respiratory disease and the function of the respiratory microbiome.
