蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)HDYM-02对亚麻生物脱胶沤麻液的理化性质及酶活作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 以分离自亚麻温水沤麻液中的蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)HDYM-02为出发菌株,探究沤麻液的理化性质以及一系列脱胶酶的活性,进行了亚麻加菌生物脱胶研究。结果表明,加菌组中的细菌总数始终大于对照组,pH值整体低于对照组。与对照组相比,加菌组果胶酶和果胶裂解酶活性都有所提高,最大值分别为200.1±4.9和366.1±3.1 U·mL^(-1)。相对对照组,加菌组多聚半乳糖醛酸酶、β-甘露聚糖酶和木聚糖酶活性都有所提高,半乳糖醛酸的含量也比对照组含量提高了31%。B.cereus HDYM-02能够提高体系中脱胶酶的酶活,且脱胶周期缩短了24 h。 Bacillus cereus HDYM-02 isolated from flax retting liquid, was used in flax bio-degumming. The physical and chemical properties of the retting liquid as well as the activity of the degumming enzymes were investigated. The results showed that the total number of the bacteria in the bacterial group was always larger than that in the control group whereas the pH value was lower than that in the control group. Compared with the control group, the activity of pectinase and pectate lyase increased with the maximum values of 200.1 ± 4.9 and 366.1 ± 3.1 U·mL^-1, respectively. All the activity of polygalactu- ronase, fl-mannanase and xylanase of the bacterial group, compared to natural groups, increased. Galac- turonic acid content in the bacteria group increased by 31% in comparison with the control group. The results showed that Bacillus cereus HDYM-02 improved the activity of degumming enzyme in the flax bio- degumming system, therefore the cycle of degumming was shortened by 24 h.
