大型公立医院职工满意度与取消事业单位编制支持度研究——基于南昌大学第一附属医院的调查 被引量:4

摘要 随着我国深化医药卫生体制改革工作的不断推进,城市公立医院改革已拉开序幕,其中,尝试创新我国公立医院人事薪酬管理制度的改革最受众多医务工作者的关注。目前,关于大型公立医院不再纳入事业单位编制管理的相关改革措施正在进一步研讨中,而此项改革措施将为公立医院的医生由单位人向职业人过渡创造基本条件。然而,关于大型公立医院职工对此项改革的认知与态度的相关调查研究工作尚未展开。基于此,本文从大型公立医院在职职工工作满意度角度出发,调查和了解大型公立医院职工的工作满意度现状及其对取消公立医院事业单位编制制度的态度,并尝试探索两者之间是否存在某种关联,以期为制定涉及公立医院人事薪酬管理制度的改革措施提供借鉴。 With the deepening of the medical and health system reform in China, the urban government-run hospital reform has begun. Among the related reform measures, the government-run hospital employees are most concerned about the reform of the personnel salary management system. Currently the personnel system reform of government-rnn hospitals is under investigation, and this reform measurement will create the basic conditions for the transition of government-run hospital employees. However, there were very few relevant surveys or studies focusing on this issue. Hence, to better understand the employees' cognitions and attitudes towards the personnel system reform of Chinese government-run hospitals, as well as their current status of job satisfaction, we take a government-run hospital as a case, and conducted this cross-sectional study. This paper tries to develop and provide the more useful, scientific and reasonable related policy references, guidance and suggestions for relevant administrative departments or medical institutions when they are doing the personnel system reform of government-run hospitals.
