C.I.酸性蓝25清洁生产工艺研究

Study on Clean Production Process of C.I.Acid Blue 25

摘要 重点介绍了C.I.酸性蓝25染料合成的清洁生产工艺,通过调整各组分的配比,确定了合成的最佳配比和关键细节控制,缩短了反应时间,反应到达终点到后,通过蒸馏出过量的苯胺和溶剂混合物,循环套用,提高产品的收率和质量,实现清洁生产,减污增效。 The clean processing technology of C.I. Acid Blue 25 was mainly introduced. Optimum proportion and the key details control of the dye synthesis were confirmed by adjusting the proportion of composition. The reaction time was shortened. The quality and yield of the product were also improved by distilling excessive aniline and solvent mixture and recycling them. Thus, the clean production was realized, the pollution was reduced and efficiency was increased.
